Introduction and Acceptance of our Refund Policy



Business 2 Business (B2B) Contracts

 

Trusted Xperts Limited provides Business to Business (B2B) commercial services to Trusted Xperts Partners and they can pay for such services online e.g. Partnership Subscription on a monthly basis. Therefore B2B transactions on our website are outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations – which came into force in the UK in June 2014 – and apply when consumers not businesses make purchases.


Trusted Xperts Limited complies with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Sale of Goods Act & Supply of Goods and Services Act. Prior to payment, our B2B Trusted Xperts Partners will be provided with a Contract that provides the full specification of the relationship with us as a Trusted Xperts Partner, what we give you as a TX Partner and the details of the cost and what the payment and cancellation terms are.


Trusted Xperts Partners will initially apply to become a Partner via our online Application Form, in which Subscription Payment details are collected via Stripe. Once a potential Partner has been assessed and approved, we request they read and sign our TX Partner  Contract. We never take payment prior to receiving a signed Contract, but once signed we collect the Subscription Payment electronically and on the same date every month thereafter until cancelled. A Trusted Xperts Partner would therefore be classified as a B2B customer, and because of this - the relationship with Trusted Xperts Limited falls outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulation.


Once the first Subscription Payment is collected, we will produce a Partner Profile page and a presence on our UK Search Map. Your first Subscription Payment will pay us for the time taken to build such content. Trusted Xperts Limited are required to provide one month's notice of termination of the Contract. Any payments for the concurrent period will be fulfilled.


We do not provide refunds within 30 days purely based on the fact you have made an online electronic payment via credit or debit card on our website - such a situation would be applicable criteria under the Consumer Contracts Regulations only.


Business 2 Business (B2B) Termination


Trusted Xperts Limited requires a clear One Month's Notice for Termination of the Contract. Therefore if your Subscription Payment is due for example on the 10th of each month, you should provide Written Notice (an email is acceptable) no later than the 9th of the month. You will not be charged in these circumstances and your Subscription Payment will be cancelled. If you provide Written Notice on the 10th of the month, your Subscription Payment will be collected automatically via Stripe and the next month Partnership will be fulfilled, but we will Terminate the Contract and cancel the Subscription Payment on the 9th of the following month. If you provide Written Notice on the 11th, we will also collect the following month's Subscription Payment on the 10th, as you will not have provided a full one month's notice. We therefore advise all Partners to be aware of their Subscription Payment date.


Please note: that any outstanding introduction fees due to Trusted Xperts Limited for introductions provided and where financial products are generated, will need to be settled in full prior to the Contract Termination date, or in certain circumstances a payment plan should be provided in writing, for example in certain cases involving pension planning or investments and the like, which may have extended investigation time frames before completion.



Business 2 Consumer (B2C) Contracts


Trusted Xperts Limited does not currently provide any service to consumers that can be paid for online or indirectly. Therefore as we do not sell anything to consumers we fall outside of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
